Frenchgate EPIC Hub - Youth Facility

We recently refurbished the EPIC Hub youth facility in Doncaster's Frenchgate Centre, transforming it from a run-of-the-mill office unit into a vibrant space in the heart of the local community where local kids can go to learn and let off steam.

To create an environment in which youngsters would want to spend time, the facilities had to be state-of-the-art and the aesthetic had to be appealing, so we fitted it out with six wall mounted, flat screen TVs, four XBox consoles, 12 iMac 24" computers, a retro arcade machine and a foosball table. We finished by adding colourful, eye-catching signage to contrast the unit's dark black walls and bring the whole project to life.

Part of Doncaster Children's Services Trust, EPIC Doncaster supports young people who are at risk of exploitation or becoming involved in offending behaviour by providing them with a safe space where they can develop their potential through training courses, careers advice and learning opportunities.
